Japan’s AOI Engineering, Inc. report on Super Oxidized Water / Super
alkalized Water: Technical Data & Report supporting efficacy of the
Sauveur CL Unit.
The translated report explains the principals of electrolysis and
chemistry but more importantly, defines the parameters of electrolyzed
water (EW) as the product of the CL unit manufactured by Sauveur
Corporation of Japan. In summary, the ORP is much higher and lower than
typical chemical applications to achieve the same. Comparison charts show
the differences and Sauveur CL exceeds all with pH 2.45 and ORP at 1156mV;
and pH 11.67 with ORP at -889mV. No residue exists on application and
displays a great affinity to return to normal water on exposure to the
natural elements. Acid water testing with active chlorine removed showed
all bacterium in the test sterilized within one minute; fungus gone within
30 seconds, including yeast and athletes foot; and virus including Herpes,
Polio and Coxsackie virus – meningitis, mumps virus. Tests with alkaline
water showed sterilization of test colonies complete after one minute.
Chemical safety tests were performed by the Chemical Safety Center, Japan
and concluded that tests on rats and rabbits showed no signs of toxicity
or cell corruption including skin and eyes; however, oral dosing after 28
days showed small intestine corruption (although) slight in male rates.
Among recommendations included that both acid and alkaline water should
not be taken orally.
